Welcome to the Steveston Harbour Authority - Richmond B.C. Canada

The Port of Steveston resides along the lower arm of the mighty Fraser River, guarded by Shady Island and accessible through the City of Richmond.

S.H.A. is the organisation which manages harbour operations and helps to oversee moorage for more than 600 commercial fishing vessels.  Steveston is the largest commercial fishing harbour in all of Canada.

Our harbour is comprised of the Gulf of Georgia and Paramount sites, which together encompass over 17.5 hectares.

At the Gulf Site there is substantial moorage, a public fish sales float, several shops and tourist attractions, the Gulf of Georgia Cannery, and more...

The Paramount Site is where the S.H.A. office resides, as well as many property tenants offering commercial services, dry dock, travel lift, gear storage, and more...
